4 million square meters of housing is to be built in Belarus in 2019 with over quarter of the area with the state aid, according to the Council of Ministers resolution. The program for 2019 differs from last year’s. First of all, more rental apartments and detached houses will be built. The resolution also contains settlement plans for 2020: 4 million square meters of housing in the country, 670 thousand in Minsk city, a quarter of all housing for those who are on a waiting list.
