4 600 Belarusians already returned home

The Belarusian Foreign Ministry and Belavia airline continue to help Belarusians stranded abroad return home. Already more than 4.5 thousand of those who ended up in other countries after the border was closed and flights were canceled arrived in the home country. Today, as agreed with the Polish side, more than 50 Belarusians will cross the border to return home. Returns from Egypt, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates are already agreed. A group of 13 people returned from Thailand to Minsk the day before. Now Belavia is preparing a direct flight to Yerevan. On March 30, Belarusian citizens in Armenia will be able to fly home. At the same time, the company is warning that direct flights between countries will be suspended until April 8th. Also, Belavia extended the suspension of flights to Moldova until May 15th and to Georgia until April 20th. In total, more than 400 Belarusian tourists are expecting to return home. Also, from this day on, Russia stops regular and charter flights with other countries.
