31 cities of Belarus join action «Car Free Day»

More than 30 Belarusian cities joined the «Car Free Day» action. Everyone who cares about the environment can prove this by certain actions: to abandon a personal car and change to bicycles or use public transport, which is free today for owners of cars in the capital, it is enough to show a driver's license and a technical passport.
