30 articles of new Labor Code include Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus’ proposals

The 30 articles of the new Labor Code take into account the proposals of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus. Work on the document was carried out for two and a half years. The code now allows fathers to take 2 weeks leave after the birth of the child, and the heads of enterprises can offer employees maximum term contracts. The code will also regulate remote labor relations.
