2nd International Forum of Education Ministers "Shaping the Future" taking place in Kazan

Important issues are being discussed, including educational work, preservation of spiritual and moral values, organisation of children's recreation and working with youth. Among the guests are the ministers of general and higher education of Belarus, China, Iran, India, Brazil, Mexico, Kyrgyzstan and other countries. As the Minister of Education of Belarus Andrei Ivanets emphasized, the consistent development of human potential is a strategic task for our country. Belarus ranks 47th among 189 countries and belongs to the category of states with a very high level of human development. In the Social Progress Index, the country ranks 16th among 170 countries in the world in terms of "Access to basic knowledge".
