To improve conditions, financial and material support is provided to agricultural organizations, and the traditional work continues to honor the best harvest participants, including youth and family crews. They provide assistance to employers on an ongoing basis in creating safe working conditions. Work on the prevention of occupational injuries is yielding results. There is a decrease in the number of accidents in the industry. In addition, cases of late payment of salaries have been minimized.
