First of all, the Head of State thanked the deputies and Igor Sergeyenko personally for providing a cross-section of the public mood when communicating with people in various regions. Aleksandr Lukashenko also thanked the Chairman of the House of Representatives and the parliamentarians in general for the work they are doing on the international track. The third session of the Belarusian parliament will open on 16 September. There are 21 draft laws on the agenda. One of the key issues is the budget and tax package for 2026 draft laws on criminal and administrative liability, state registration and liquidation of business entities, the provision of loans and energy conservation.
