On 6 August, Belarus celebrates Railway Troops Day. The President congratulated the personnel and veterans on their professional holiday. Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that today, as part of the transport forces, Belarusian railway soldiers honorably continue the baton of courage of the victorious generation, successfully mastering new types of weapons and equipment, constantly improving the transport support system of the Armed Forces and civilian infrastructure. The Head of State thanked the military railway workers for their service and wished them good health, peace, happiness, prosperity and new successes for the benefit of their native Belarus.
