President supported draft edict on salaries in budget-funded sector

The President supported the draft edict on salaries in the budget-funded sector. The document in particular envisages that in case of forced downtime or partial employment the salaries of the budget sector workers will be reimbursed up to the minimum level. The issues of labor remuneration in state-financed organizations were discussed at the Presidential sitting. A.Lukashenko noted, that the pandemic has influenced several branches of economy, including the service industry, health care, education. The Head of state underlined, that in the present conditions, it is necessary to provide stable operation of organizations and social protection of their workers. Concomitantly, the President reminded his point, that even in the current situation, all organizations should search for every opportunity to keep up their activity in some form or another.
