The President signed the Directive No. 7 “On the improvement and development of the country's housing and utilities”. This is a program document, a kind of a "road map" for the development of the industry. The main focus is made on the quality of the services provided, their availability and the creation of a comfortable living environment. An important matter is the cost of services. The document clearly states: any increase in tariffs must be linked to the growth of incomes of the population. The Directive has six sections aimed at solving specific tasks, focusing on improving the management of municipal waste and the phase-out of plastic packaging, replacing it with an environmentally friendly one.
