President appoints new vice premier

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed a new Deputy Premier. 
The position in the government will assumed by Vladimir Dvornik who up to this day was Gomel Region Governor. The appointment continues the rotation of office and a result of keeping track of the work in the regions. Vladimir Dvornik will be in charge of the agricultural industry, forestry, natural resources and environmental protection, among other things.
