The day before, President of Belarus took a number of personnel decisions at a meeting in Orsha. The head of the district administration was dismissed, and by the end of the week the head of state demanded proposals on the changes to the Council of Ministers. In particular, this concerns the ministers of industry and construction. The president criticized the work of the entire Cabinet for deficiencies in the development of the district. It was decided to put Orsha district into special operation regime. After the large conference, the first meeting of the working group on the fulfillment of the President's instructions was held. Priority personnel issues were discussed, as well as an action strategy for troubled plants.
