Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has arrived in China on a working visit.
Aleksandr Lukashenko is to take part in the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing. The head of state will lay out Belarus’ proposals to further develop this global initiative, strengthen cooperation on the Eurasian space. The president is set to hold a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the event. The Belarusian leader and China President Xi Jinping are expected to discuss the implementation of the biggest joint projects. Leader of about 40 states are attending the 2nd Belt and Road Forum to discuss China’s initiative to develop transnational trade corridors.
