Alexander Lukashenko took part in session of Supreme Eurasian Economic Council

Belarus President took part in the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. Alexander Lukashenko’s speech was extremely frank and principled. According to him, the results of the Eurasian Economic Union performance in 2018 were mixed both from the political and economic points of views. Among the positive developments, the president highlighted the EAEU Treaty on the Customs Code and also Moldova’ status of observer. However, there are important issues that have not yet been settled. They pertain to barriers in trade, the formation of common markets of gas and oil.
