The President visited the Belarusian State Medical University. A thorough discussion took place here about the successes and problems of the medical sphere. The head of state was asked questions not only from Minsk residents, but also from those in regional capitals. The live broadcast from the university was directly available to regional audiences. The president answered dozens of questions. In particular, Aleksandr Lukashenko stated that he considers it necessary to increase the prestige of a general practitioner in the country. To address personnel issues, it is necessary to provide incentives to specialists, such as housing and higher wages. Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the most important task of healthcare is to increase the life expectancy and improve the quality of life.
