The President met with representatives of the analytical centers of the United States who are visiting Belarus these days. The conversation touched upon security issues, and maintaining peace in the region. Alexander Lukashenko stressed the interest of Belarus in a strong and united Europe, strong transatlantic partnership and noted that he sees no need for the creation of military bases of other states, including Russia, on the territory of Belarus, which, lying between the two largest centers of power, is absolutely not interested in conflicts. The program of the visit of representatives of US analytical centers also includes a meeting at the Ministry of Defense, a visit to the Minsk Suvorov Military School, the High-Tech Park, and the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War.
