A. Lukashenko heard a report from N. Kotkovets, his Aide for Mogilev Oblast

The President was briefed on the implementation of instructions issued following his working visit to Shklov District on 18 September. The first part of the report focused on improving the technological and organizational management of large agricultural enterprises, strengthening discipline, and rectifying existing shortcomings. Instructions were given to conduct a detailed review of operational organization at the local level. Discussions also covered staffing, cost optimization, and the monitoring of performance outcomes on the ground. The Head of State was also updated on the progress of the harvest campaign and the development of potato farming in the region.
