The Head of the Altai Republic and the President of Belarus met in Minsk and reached several significant agreements. Andrei Turchak, the head of the Russian region, told reporters following his meeting with Aleksandr Lukashenko that Belarus will build a sanatorium in the Altai Republic. The Russian side's expertise may prove useful in the implementation of this construction project in Altai. Another proposal presented to the Belarusian side involves the creation of an agricultural aggregator in the Altai Republic, based at the "Amza" agro-park.
