A.Lukashenko focuses country's agricultural industry on development of new directions

Agro-industrial complex needs new ideas for development. The President made this statement today in the Shklov district. Socio-economic development of the region and the spring field work perfomance were discussed. Mass sowing has already begun. This year, farmers are planning to harvest at least 8.5 million tons of grain. The head of state got acquainted with the readiness of the equipment for sowing campaign on the basis of the Gazovik-Sipakovo enterprise. Last year, the socio-economic indicators here were the best in the Shklov district. Plans are in place to make it fully self-financed. In the next couple of years, the President’s instruction was to increase the salary in the industry to a thousand rubles and once again study the experience of integration of agricultural organizations into large enterprises.
