The first session opened in the Belarus Parliament's House of Representatives of the seventh convocation. Its key point was the elections of the speaker of the lower house. As a result of a secret ballot, Vladimir Andreichenko was reelected as the chairman. The speaker thanked the MPs for their credit and expressed confidence that the new composition of the parliament will effectively address the problems of socio-economic development of the country. As noted by Vladimir Andreichenko, there is no time for ramp-up. 30 bills are already in development.
