Representatives of 48 states, 7 international organizations gathered in Minsk for the Conference on Eurasian security. The event captures the attention from all the parts of the world. Press TV, Iran’s first 24/7 international television news network that broadcasts in English, published its report saying:
"The Belarussian capital, Minsk, is hosting the third Eurasian Security Conference that kicked off Tuesday.
The two-day event brings together foreign ministers, experts, and security analysts from dozens of countries. They discuss a new security framework for Europe and Asia at a time when the established global governance structure and conflict resolution mechanisms have failed".
