The document will have been developed and ratified before the end of November. According to the Foreign Ministry of Belarus, our country welcomes any progress, contributing to a ceasefire in the east ofUkraine. In addition, the Belarusian side will do everything possible to ensure that the work of the negotiators inMinskcontributes to this process.
