Minsk is hosting high ranking guests from China

To give a new impetus to strengthening the all‑weather and comprehensive strategic partnership and to reach new frontiers in inter‑parliamentary and trade and economic cooperation. These days, the capital is hosting distinguished guests from China. At the invitation of the Council of the Republic, a delegation from the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of China is paying a working visit to Minsk. To a large extent, this cooperation is the result of friendly relations between the leaders of Belarus and China. It is of a practical nature. Alexander Lukashenko signed the relevant directive back in May. In today’s challenging times, Belarus and China are a vivid example of successful cooperation on the international stage. Here, our countries share the same course: a multipolar world, mutual support for sovereignty, cooperation in international organizations, and, of course, global initiatives.
