About 500 politicians and experts from dozens of countries discuss ways of joint counteraction to new challenges and threats in the European continent. The Belarusian capital is hosting the II Minsk Dialog forum. Geographically, the participants represent the EU, Russia, the USA, China, the countries of the Eastern Europe, the Southern Caucasus and the Central Asia. The forum's agenda embraces discussions on a widest range of urgent topics. A part of the Minsk Dialog sessions will be dedicated to the arms race and strategic stability. An important issue is informational security.
