Youth crews are working during the harvest season alongside experienced farmers

The Minsk Oblast is accelerating the pace of the harvest and is approaching the strategic target of 2 million tonnes of the new crop. Alongside experienced machine operators and drivers, a new generation of farmers is working. Thus, there are 29 youth crews in the Minsk Oblast. At the agricultural enterprise “Krutogorye‑Petkovichi” in the Dzerzhinsk District, a team of young people is continuing family dynasties. The crew combines male determination with female attention to detail.
