The Verkhnedvinsk Butter and Cheese Plant is working on a new type of product. The exclusive novelty will be put into production in December, but the consumers will not be able to taste the new cheese until the second half of next year, because it will take time to mature. Experts promise that the novelty will meet the highest quality standards – this is a matter of honor for the plant, which celebrated its 90th anniversary. Today the company produces 700 tons of cheese every month.
