The document was signed by the prime ministers of the five countries following a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Kyrgyzstan. The agreement establishes a common legal framework for e-commerce within the union, ensuring transparent and fair regulation for businesses, as well as effective consumer protection. Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin called on his colleagues to comprehensively analyze the conditions for supporting industrial cooperation and to study consumer opinions and proposals. The heads of government of the EAEU countries also instructed the development of measures to strengthen the union's food security.
