The base rental value in Belarus has increased

Belarus established a new base rental value of Br20.3, an increase of Br1.26 over the previous rate since 1 April. This rate is used for leases of state-owned real estate, as well as for business entities in which the state holds more than 50% of the shares (interests) in their authorized capital.
