Refinancing rate going down in Belarus

As of January 23, the refinancing rate is going to be reduced in Belarus to 11.5% per annum. Such a decision was taken by the Board of the National Bank at a monetary policy meeting. The regulator names a steady slowdown in inflation as the main condition. This contributes to the inflow of ruble funds into the banking system of our country.
