Innovation comes to the regions

A new workshop for dry forms of biopreparations was opened at the Bobruisk Biotechnology Plant, a multidisciplinary enterprise of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The enterprise is equipped with advanced technological equipment and will be able to produce 90 tonnes of dry preparations per year, which will generate up to $750.000 of revenue and increase the enterprise's exports by 30-35% compared to 2024. The project was implemented jointly with the State Research and Production Association "Chemical Synthesis and Biotechnology", which developed innovative biotechnologies for the production of probiotics and feed additives for animal husbandry, biological protection agents and microbial preparations of complex action for crop production, as well as biodisinfectants for environmental protection. Now they will be produced in convenient for transportation high-tech dry commodity form with prolonged shelf life. The facility will make it possible to saturate the domestic market with competitive environmentally safe biotechnological products and increase the export potential and demand for Belarusian products in the global market.
