"INNOPROM. Belarus" exhibition has become a platform for strengthening cooperation between Brest and Ulyanovsk Oblasts

INNOPROM is not only an exhibition, but also a large-scale negotiation platform where governors and businessmen from different countries are looking for new growth points and strengthening cooperation. The prospects of cooperation were discussed by Chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee P. Parkhomchik and Governor of the Ulyanovsk Oblast P. Parkhomchik. Both regions, known for their industrial and aircraft-building competencies, are looking for new areas for cooperation. Brest region is strong not only in industry, but also in agriculture. The regions are exchanging experiences, creating conditions for business and further development. The Ulyanovsk Oblast of Russia relies on the restoration of production of machine tools and heavy equipment. One of the successful examples of cooperation was the Polesie joint venture, founded in Kobrin, Belarus and now located in Dimitrovgrad.
