The first harvest is from flowering rapeseed, coltsfoot, acacia, and phacelia. Then the apiaries are moved to buckwheat fields, to wildflowers, and to forests. During the season, beekeepers can make an average of 2-3 honey pumping. One of the last flowering honey plants is the heather. The national plan for the season is to produce at least 1.800 tonnes of this healthy and delicious product.
