Harvesting campaign – 2022

As of the today's morning, 3 million 837 thousand tons of new grain have been cropped in Belarus. The leader of the harvest both by the volumes and tempo is the Brest region. It has 1 million 73 thousand tons. The Minsk region is about to cross the symbolic 1 million-ton threshold any day soon. The Grodno region boasts the highest yield – over 53 hundredweights per hectare and has 649 thousand tons. The most northern region of Belarus is not far behind the Mogilev and Gomel regions. Almost one third of the cultivated areas of the Vitebsk region have already been cropped. The average yield across the country makes 37.7 hundredweights per hectare.
