GDP growth in Belarus expected in year’s second half

The Ministry of Economy forecasts GDP growth in Belarus in the second half of the year. There was a five-month slowdown, but according to the regulator this was only to be expected. A deep transformation of foreign trade is currently taking place with reshaping of trade flows. A comprehensive plan has been adopted to support business, and a number of regulatory legal acts are being prepared. The five-year tasks for the development of the economy remain relevant, and there are no plans to revise the guidelines for the current year.
