Forage harvesting in Belarus

Farmers have already brought in more than 5 million tons of haylage. The Brest region has secured the planned amount of forage in the first mowing. Next come the Minsk and Gomel regions, they have to crop a little more than 10% of the planned acreage. In particular, the lands of the Dzerzhinski-Agro farm in the Rechitsa district has been almost completely cleared. About 7 thousand tons of haylage have been harvested, part of the crop has been put into polymer packaging. In total, it is planned to harvest more than 9.5 million tons of grass feed this year.
