Farmers have started the second mowing of grasses. Almost all the equipment is in use. To preserve the nutritional properties, the cut grass is laid both in silo trenches and packed into a special film. The work is expected to be completed in two to three weeks. At the same time, the resulting green fodder will last for a year and a half. The forage is necessary to ensure food security. Farmers have been working on this for many years. As a result, according to food security rankings, Belarus comes 23rd among 113 countries. Russia is in 24th place, Poland is 25th, Spain is 26th, Kazakhstan is 32nd, and Hungary is 36th.
