Development of relations between Belarus and Tatarstan

The development of relations between Belarus and Tatarstan was discussed at the meeting of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko with the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The last year’s trade turnover between our country and this Russian region amounted to about 760 million dollars. To increase it, the sides discussed the possibility of supplying Belarusian buses to Tatarstan, as well as the deepening of KAMAZ's cooperation with Belarusian companies that produce automotive components. In addition to negotiations, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the historical part of the Belarusian embassy in Russia, the business and cultural complex of the diplomatic mission.
