Farmers of the Mogilev region have got down to harvesting corn. Inter-farm links have been set up in the districts. More than 165,000 hectares are to be cultivated. While the grain ripens, the crop is harvested for silage, filling the trenches at the dairy complexes with an average of 500 tons per day. After all, high-quality feed is the key to success in animal husbandry. At the "Vorotyn" farm in the Bobruisk district, more than a thousand hectares were allotted for corn this year. Silage harvesting is also in full swing in the Glusk district. Here too, allotments for corn have been increased this year. Now it is 12 thousand hectares.
