BYN77 million will be allocated from the republican budget, namely from the reserve fund of the President of Belarus to prepare and conduct the II European Games. The corresponding decree was signed by the Head of State. The funds are needed to renovate the Palace of Sports and the national Olympic rowing and tennis training centers, upgrade sports facilities near the places of accommodation of the participants of the European Games and a hostel for the resettlement of students residing in the Student Village. Part of the funds will be used to finance doping control procedures.
