Russia, the USA, Israel, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan — Belarusian bread exports increased by 30% in 2024, and producers are not slowing down this year. Today, dozens of enterprises produce hundreds of types of products. On average, this is 300.000 tonnes per year. The industry continues to develop, new technologies and recipes are being introduced so that the Belarusian loaf remains in trend. After all, bread is rightfully called one of the brands of our country. Modernization of enterprises will increase the competitiveness of products, improve the quality and preservation of bread.
