Belarus expands exports of lumber abroad

In the spring, a new woodworking production facility was launched in Bobruisk as part of the One District — One Project programme. The advantage of the enterprise over other market participants is its ability to process logs up to 50 cm in size. This is made possible by modern highly automated equipment, which already uses 3D scanners. The enterprise's capacity allows for the processing of up to 200.000 cubic meters of raw materials per year, as well as the production of 100.000 cubic meters of finished products in the form of lumber.
