A Belarusian delegation headed by First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank A. Egorov is working in Nicaragua. The countries aim to continue cooperation with industrial enterprises MAZ and AMKODOR, as well as strategic partnership with the Ministry for Emergency Situations — from training to supplies of equipment. Belarus is ready to share technologies in growing vegetables and producing dairy products. The parties are discussing promising projects in pharmaceuticals, medical products and education. Following the meeting of the Belarusian-Nicaraguan Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, contracts worth $36 mln were signed.
