Belarus and Kazakhstan discussing bilateral cooperation

New directions in the development of cooperation between Belarus and Kazakhstan are being discussed at a meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission in Nur-Sultan. The area of interest covers civil engineering, science and technology, industrial cooperation. The emphasis is on in-depth localization and expansion of the range of agricultural machinery. In total, 7 Belarusian enterprises operate on the territory of Kazakhstan. The production of building materials, in particular ceramic tiles, is considered as a promising direction. There’s interest in production of municipal equipment in Kazakhstan. As concerns agricultural industry, the Belarusian experience in the production of baby food is of interest as well.
