Antimonopoly regulation in Belarus turns 30

This year, 30 appeals on antimonopoly cases have been considered in Belarus. And some of them were found justified. The development of digital markets, cartel collusion and the development of competition were discussed today at an international conference in Minsk dedicated to the 30th anniversary of antimonopoly regulation in Belarus. Colleagues from the EAEU and CIS countries share their experience and declare their readiness to work together to curb violations. The topic of parallel import is also considered. The issue is relevant for Belarus and Russia. The participants emphasize importance of maintaining a balance of interests of the state, society and business.
