Agro-industrial complex organizations are preparing for spring field works

Agro-season is the most responsible time, on which the food security of the country depends. Preparations for the sowing campaign are in full swing in Belarus. Some farms in Brest region have already started trial sowing of annual crops and early spring crops. According to forecasts, the mass field work in the country will begin very soon, so now it is important to maximize efforts to prepare. Equipment is already 95% complete across the country. Mineral fertilizers have been accumulated at a quarter higher than last year's rates. Seeds for grain crops have already been completely filled in. The insurance fund has been laid, too. Belarusian agrarians have also procured flax seeds, potatoes and the lion's share of corn. This year, the agrarians have an ambitious task to reach 11 mln tonnes of grain.
