About 8.5 mln square metres of housing are planned to be built in two residential complexes in Minsk

"Zeleny Bor" and "North Waterfront" complexes have become the main sites for housing construction in Minsk. Approximately 8.5 mln square metres of housing are planned for construction there. Urban development projects in Minsk will be carried out on a significantly smaller scale. The capital is changing its approach to development, with an emphasis on the quality of the urban environment. Minsk will continue to develop according to the "15-minute city" concept, which states that any resident should be able to reach public spaces, parks, cinemas and shopping facilities within 15 minutes.
