95th Anniversary of the Scientific Agrarian Center of Belarus

Significant and high-quality harvests are impossible without the achievements of agricultural scientists. And today their task is not only to create new varieties of popular agricultural crops, but to get the maximum return and profit from them. This was announced at the Scientific and Practical Center of the Academy of Sciences for Agriculture, which these days celebrates its 95th anniversary. According to experts, Belarusian scientists have great potential to find and offer the best replacement for most imported crops. In total, the farmers of the scientific and practical center from Zhodino are engaged in breeding for 38 types of agricultural plants. Some personal last year's results of the NPC were also summed up. This is also the award of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the work on the creation of the National Bank of Seeds of Genetic Resources of Economically Useful Plants. 16 scientists from Zhodino, candidates of sciences received the scientific title of "docent".
