The Kupala Theatre is preparing for the opening of its new 107th season

The program includes eight premieres. On 7 October, the theatre will present the play "Sertsa na Daloni" (Heart on the Palm), based on the novel by I. Shamyakin. The production is timed to coincide with the 105^th anniversary of the author's birth. Also on the program is V. Klevko and her new novel "Maia Pershaya Eva." Teenagers are invited to the December premiere of E. Khvali's novel "Princess-Party." A fairy tale based on Belarusian folklore will be offered for family viewing. The theater is preparing to launch a project to commemorate the 145^th anniversary of Yanka Kupala's birth. This date will be celebrated in 2027. This will be a competition and workshop for writing plays about the poet's biography.
