The cultural event took place within the framework of cooperation between the Moscow District of Minsk and the Leninsky District of Ekaterinburg. The programme included folk and modern dances. The ensemble "Flowers Urals" presented more than 60 participants of different ages. The audience was most impressed by the "Cossack races" and exciting lezginka, and the numbers of the pupils of the centre of additional education for children and youth "Ranak" of the Moscow district of Minsk, based on Belarusian folk traditions, were also very popular. Minsk and Ekaterinburg are twin cities. Active cooperation has been established in cultural, social and economic spheres. It is planned that creative groups from Minsk will perform in the Urals capital in August.
