The 29th International Animated Film Festival has concluded in Mogilev

A record number of entries — approximately 2.000 from 99 countries — were submitted this year. Kenya, Uganda, Mozambique, Senegal, Palestine, Zambia, the Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Nepal, Yemen, and Côte d’Ivoire participated in the festival for the first time. The jury included experts from Belarus, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, and Serbia. The best entries were selected across three competitions: animated films, children's animation, and children's visual and decorative arts. This year, a new category — "Best Animator" — was added. Presentations, exhibitions, and a series of workshops were organized for festival guests.
